These acts are planned, coordinated, and sometimes executed via the internet, making it increasingly challenging to track and prevent such incidents.

Online Recruitment: Perpetrators often use the dark web or other secretive online spaces to recruit individuals willing to carry out physical violence.

Anonymity: The anonymity provided by the internet allows both the orchestrators and perpetrators to remain hidden, making it difficult for law enforcement to trace their actions.

Payment: Payment is often arranged through cryptocurrencies or other untraceable methods, further complicating efforts to uncover the identities of those involved.
